Terms and Conditions
LC Geckos Terms of Sale:
Payment: Cash (Pick ups only) or Paypal is accepted as payment. No other payment methods will be accepted.
Holding Fees: To have a gecko(s) held, 50% of the animals cost must be paid for a 30 day hold period. Full payment is due at 30 days. If the full price of the animal(s) is not paid in full by the end of the 30 day hold period, or the transaction has not been cancelled, the FULL holding fee is forfeit.
Note: If the customer decides to cancel the transaction during the 30 day hold period, HALF of the hold amount will be refunded.
Cancellations/Refunds: If the transaction for the animal(s) is cancelled 25% of the price of the gecko(s) is NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellations are only available during 30 day holding periods. ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.
Note: If the customer decides to switch from purchasing one gecko to another it will work like a cancellation and 25% of the original animal(s) price is NON-REFUNDABLE. The customer should make sure that they are 100% committed to the animal before making a payment.
Shipping: ALL shipping and handling costs are to be paid by the customer, unless otherwise stated. Geckos will only be shipped if all of the shipping conditions have been met. IMPORTANT: Someone must be available to accept the package if shipped to your home/Hub and must notify LC Geckos via Facebook message, text message within 1 HOUR of arrival. If by the rare chance that the animal(s) arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival), the animal can be replaced with another comparable animal or credit for another animal at a later date. If customer fails to notify within 1 HOUR that the animal has been received or is DOA, this guarantee is null and void. LC Geckos is not responsible for any carrier delays or mishandlings. LC Geckos is not responsible for replacing an animal for any health issues that may occur due to poor husbandry or any other outside injuries after the animal is in the customer’s possession. Replacement of animal(s) does not include tail droppings.
